Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 10 days before the event are eligible for a partial refund, less the cost of one hour for each performer booked. If both Santa and Mrs. Claus are booked, one hour for each performer will be retained. Cancellations made within 10 days of the event are nonrefundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Payment confirms acceptance of this policy.
