Cancellation Policy

We know holiday schedules can change, but Santa’s calendar is precious!

To keep things fair for families and Santas alike:

• Cancellations made 10+ days before your scheduled event → Refund issued minus one hour of Santa’s rate, since Santas reserve that time exclusively for you.

• Cancellations made within 10 days of the event → Non‑refundable, as Santa has already committed their time and preparations.

• Exceptions: In cases of illness, severe weather, or true emergencies, we’ll do our best to reschedule your visit, so the magic isn’t lost.

This ensures Santas are honored for their commitment while families still have flexibility when plans change.
